EFSVALVES participated in Expoquimia 2023, held at Fira Gran Via, Barcelona, a key meeting point for the chemical, process, industrial equipment and plant engineering sectors.
The exhibition was an excellent opportunity to meet with customers, partners and suppliers, share technical experience and present several valve solutions focused on process safety, corrosion resistance, special alloys and demanding industrial applications.

Expoquimia 2023 allowed EFSVALVES to present valve solutions where corrosion resistance, pressure protection, special materials and process safety must be considered together.
PTFE Coated Safety Valves For Medium Corrosion Environments
One of the solutions presented by EFSVALVES was our range of PTFE coated safety valves, designed for applications where corrosion resistance, cost efficiency and delivery time must be carefully balanced.
These valves can be supplied with internal PTFE coating on selected wetted areas or, depending on the project requirements, with a more complete internal coating configuration.
This type of solution can be especially interesting for medium corrosion services, where a full exotic alloy execution may not always be the most efficient option in terms of cost or delivery time.
By combining a robust safety valve design with selected PTFE protection on the internal exposed areas, EFSVALVES can offer an alternative for certain corrosive environments, always subject to technical review of the fluid, temperature, pressure, chemical compatibility, operating conditions and project specifications.

During the exhibition, EFSVALVES also presented several complementary solutions for process safety and tank protection.
The product display included our range of deflagration and detonation flame arresters, available up to 6″, in carbon steel and stainless steel, suitable for applications requiring equipment approved for ATEX atmospheres.
