Integrated Management System

Quality, Environment and Continuous Improvement

Issued

August 2026

Engineering Fluid Solutions, S.L., through its EFSVALVES division, is engaged in the design, manufacturing and sale of industrial valves for fluid regulation and control.

We consider quality, environmental responsibility and continuous improvement to be integrated components of our business and engineering activities, essential to providing reliable solutions, reducing risks and creating sustainable value for our customers and other interested parties.

Management establishes this Policy as the framework for the Integrated Management System, IMS, and assumes the following commitments:

01

Quality, reliability and customer focus

Understand the needs and expectations of customers and other interested parties and translate them into clearly defined technical, documentary, commercial and service requirements. Apply our engineering experience and expertise to provide reliable, compliant products and solutions suitable for each application, preventing errors and nonconformities through the review of requirements, specifications, processes and documentation.

Our objective goes beyond supplying a product. We aim to support better engineering and procurement decisions, reducing uncertainty, risks and costs arising from inappropriate selection or execution.

02

Engineering, risk and prevention

Integrate the identification and assessment of risks and opportunities into our processes and decisions, considering their potential impact on quality, reliability, compliance, environmental performance and business continuity. Promote a culture of prevention, technical knowledge and informed decision-making, identifying deviations and improvement opportunities before they become incidents.

03

Environmental protection and responsible use of resources

Conduct our activities with the aim of minimizing environmental impacts, preventing pollution and protecting the environment, while promoting the responsible use of materials, energy and other resources. Manage waste appropriately and consider the environmental aspects of processes and operations over which we can exercise control or influence.

Promote, where technically and economically feasible, materials, processes and practices that improve the durability, efficiency and environmental performance of our products and operations.

04

Engineering and life-cycle perspective

Consider quality and environmental aspects from a life-cycle perspective, taking into account, where applicable, engineering and technical selection, procurement, manufacturing, inspection, documentation, packaging, logistics and post-delivery support.

Appropriate technical selection, the use of suitable materials, controlled manufacturing, and improved reliability and durability contribute both to our customers’ performance and to a more efficient and responsible use of resources throughout the service life of the equipment.

05

Compliance and responsibility

Comply with the legal, regulatory, contractual and other requirements applicable to our organization, activities, products and environmental aspects. Maintain an IMS consistent with the international management standards adopted by the organization and promote awareness and compliance with applicable requirements among suppliers, manufacturers and partners.

Engineering Fluid Solutions, S.L. maintains its Management System certified to ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 for the design, manufacturing and sale of industrial valves for fluid regulation.

06

Continuous improvement

Systematically improve the effectiveness and performance of our IMS, processes, products and services by establishing and reviewing quality and environmental objectives consistent with this Policy and with the context of the organization.

Use indicators, process results, audits, nonconformities, complaints, root-cause analysis and operational experience as sources of learning, with particular attention to reliability, incident prevention, traceability, efficient use of resources and technical, operational and environmental improvement.

07

People, knowledge and culture

Provide the human, technical and organizational resources required to implement, maintain and improve the IMS. Promote competence, training, awareness and participation, fostering a culture in which quality, environmental responsibility, prevention, traceability and continuous improvement form part of our day-to-day activities.

Quality and environmental responsibility are a shared commitment and form part of the decisions and actions of everyone involved in our processes.

08

Management commitment

The Management of Engineering Fluid Solutions, S.L. assumes responsibility for establishing, implementing, maintaining and reviewing this Policy, ensuring that it remains appropriate to the purpose and context of the organization and serves as the framework for establishing and reviewing quality and environmental objectives.

The Integrated Management System Policy will be communicated and understood throughout the organization, made available to relevant interested parties, and reviewed periodically to ensure its continuing suitability and effectiveness.
