In November 2011, EFSVALVES participated in Expoquimia 2011, held at the Gran Via venue of Fira de Barcelona from 14 to 18 November 2011.
Expoquimia has historically been one of the main meeting points for the chemical and process industries in Southern Europe. For EFSVALVES, the 2011 edition was an excellent opportunity to meet customers, EPC companies, valve distributors and industrial partners, as well as to present new capabilities within our technical and commercial development.
During the exhibition, EFSVALVES announced the creation of its Project Department, focused on providing stronger support for technical quotations, project follow-up, documentation management, inspection coordination and customer communication in industrial and EPC projects.
The exhibition also allowed us to present an updated range of threaded and flanged pressure safety valves, suitable for demanding services such as steam, water, cryogenic applications and seawater, including Super Duplex solutions for corrosive environments and applications with high chloride content.
Taking advantage of Expoquimia’s strong connection with the chemical and process industries, EFSVALVES also highlighted its PTFE-coated safety valves. This solution was presented as an interesting alternative for critical applications where fluid aggressiveness, corrosion risk or chemical compatibility requirements may otherwise lead to the use of exotic materials.
Alongside the PSV range, we also presented solutions related to pressure relief, vacuum relief, venting and pressure control, reinforcing our position as a technical valve supplier for demanding process applications.
We would like to sincerely thank all customers, distributors, suppliers and visitors who came to our stand during Expoquimia 2011. Their interest, technical feedback and continued confidence helped us strengthen our product range and improve the way we support complex industrial projects.
Looking back, Expoquimia 2011 represents an important step in the development of EFSVALVES, not only as a valve supplier, but as a project-oriented partner capable of supporting customers with technical proposals, documentation, inspection and follow-up.
